To prepare the dough for pancakes: whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper,
Gradually add flour, knead the dough until smooth
Sauce. Fry in vegetable oil half onion, add tomatoes, dry seasonings (Italian herbs or to taste), salt and pepper, simmer until it thickens, 5-7 minutes about the amount of sauce. Someone likes more, someone- less. You can cook a sauce from 2 cans of tomatoes if you form deeper or a greater number of pancakes. Here are the proportions for which I was preparing this dish.
Each pancake with small amount of sauce.
Spread thinly sliced boiled ham (or salami), covering the entire surface of the pancake, sprinkle with grated cheese
Fold rolls and each pancake cut into 3 parts.
In a ceramic baking dish and spread on the bottom of the remaining tomato sauce, put on top of towers of pancakes, sprinkle on top a few tablespoons of grated cheese. To gratinate in a preheated 200*C oven for 25 min (this time for electrochoc, targeting on their own). When serving, sprinkle with the remaining chopped green onions.
