Lemon cake with glaze
Found on the website 7 lemon cupcakes, the differences in them are minor, but will venture to show and 8th option: in my opinion, this dough is well suited for baking Easter cupcakes (not cakes called kulich is baked from yeast dough). I bake quite a lot, there is nothing to compare (cooked recipes celebrate pros-cons :), and I can say that this LEMON CUPCAKE I have marked three pros and an exclamation point! so, becoming a favorite and will appear on my Desk.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    230 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Jam

    60 g

  • Yogurt

    80 ml

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

With a lemon grate the zest and squeeze the juice. 3 tablespoons juice measure out and set aside for glaze. Turn on the oven to 180*C

The rest is simple: whisk soft butter with sugar, add one egg and the yolks, all the while continuing to whisk. Add lemon jam (from my own blanks http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/296 22/ ), zest and remaining lemon juice, the yogurt, the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well. The dough is ready.

Grease a form with butter, put the dough (Umm.. it is vkusnoe!) Bake 50-55 minutes at 180*C. in 20 minutes after the start baking closed the top with foil to not burnt.

Cooled cake covered with lemon glaze several times (for the icing - in icing sugar gradually add lemon juice until you get a white sticky mass).
