Vegetable soup with cheese
Vegetable soup with green peas and Serbian cheese.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

  • Parsley

    15 g

  • Water

    1 l

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Add to the pot and fry gently in butter for 2 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes. Add to carrots, cover with water and boil it since boiling 5 minutes.

Cut cucumber into small dice and add to soup, bring to boil and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add to the soup cheese, grated on a coarse grater and peas with the liquid.

Put Bay leaf, ground pepper. If necessary, dosolit. Soup bring to a boil. The soup is ready.

Ready soup serve with sour cream and chopped greens.
