Minestrone with smoked sausage
The most favorite soup is my husband. In fact, prescription it without meat, but my husband the soup without meat for food is not considered, so I put a smoked spicy sausage.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    3 piece

  • Bacon

    40 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Sweet white wine

    150 ml

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    800 g

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    150 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 handful

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Sausages

    2 piece

Cooking

First, prepare our vegetables: carrots, potatoes clean and cut, petiolate celery wash and chop, then in a saucepan fry the bacon, without adding fat, but not roast, place on a paper towel.

Onions and garlic peel, finely chop, fry in a pan where we fried our bacon, add the potatoes, carrots, celery and a little stew.

Then to the vegetables add the tomato paste and again a few moments simmer.

Pour into a saucepan the white wine and allow to simmer for a bit.

Add the tin of tomatoes in own juice, slightly crushing them.

Pour into the pan vegetable broth, salt, pepper, add the oregano, leave for 10 minutes to simmer.

Slice zucchini, add to the soup and also add the green peas and cut into slices of sausage, give another 5-10 minutes to simmer.

In the end, add bacon, balsamic vinegar, sugar and, if necessary, a little salt, pour into bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (I did not), Bon appetit!!!
