Apricot-chocolate dessert
Cake cookies with chocolate and apricots, for hot summer days. Very homey, almost like we were children, and cook. Biscuits, chocolate cream and apricot filling is alternate layers. Chilled different flavors combine perfectly! Easy to prepare dessert that can be submitted and children, if you do not use alcohol.

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder

    45 g

  • Starch

    45 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Apricot

    400 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Cookies

    300 g

  • Liqueur

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare apricot filling: wash and dry apricots,

Remove the seeds and slice them to pieces.

Put them in a saucepan, add the sugar and lemon juice.

Simmer until the apricots are soft.

Blend in a blender.

To prepare the chocolate cream: mix cocoa with starch and sugar.

Dilute with a little warm milk and stir to eliminate lumps;

Slowly add the remaining milk and cream and put the cream on the fire to thicken it.

Cook, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Tray size 20x20 cm place a layer of biscuits. I used a form of larger zastelil it with baking paper. It is better to use a split mold.

Cover biscuits with a layer of apricot filling.

Spread a second layer of biscuits and cover with chocolate butter cream. Continue thus until all ingredients are gone, the last layer should be chocolate.

Grind some cookies, add a little Amaretto and sprinkle the surface. I had only one cookie, it is desirable that the top had more topping. Instead of Amaretto I used the flavor "almond".

Cover the dessert with cling film and leave in the refrigerator overnight for impregnation.
