Cooking
Cookies grind in a food processor into crumbs. Add a teaspoon of coffee. In a small saucepan melt the butter. Then add it to cookies and mix well. Put the mixture in a split mold 21 see and properly tamp around the perimeter of the shape with the sides. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.

Remove the cake from the freezer. Fill with cream. Bake at 170 degrees for about an hour in preheated oven. Remove the cheesecake and let it cool to room temperature. Place in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
After this time, prepare the jelly. Add the sugar, still warm coffee. Mix. Gelatin, soak in cold water for 10 minutes, then add it to natural coffee. Mix it all together.
On the cooled cheesecake and pour the jelly coffee. Again place in refrigerator until fully cured jelly.
