Potato gratin
Simple, hearty and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

Potatoes cut into very thin circles (with vegetable peeler)

In forcemeat add salt, pepper and spices to taste, dilute with water or milk (about 100ml), knead well. It should be soft, a little watery.

Fry mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil...

Separately lightly fry the carrots and onions, add the wine, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and simmer 2-3 minutes.

Lubricating oil a baking dish and put all the uniform layers: the bottom is carpeted with circles of potatoes (take half of all potatoes); then spread the stuffing and gently even out; the next layer - mushrooms; then the carrots; top to close all the remaining potatoes...

Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, grated on a fine grater cheese (should be like thick cream), and evenly pour on top of casserole.

Put in oven and bake at 200C for 40-50 minutes until Golden brown!
