Meat botoshansky
This dish was invented by my father. It has no name, I just made that up :) Looks not as beautiful as meat in French, but there are two advantages: 1 - it turns out very tasty and 2 - prepared quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    10 piece

  • Beans

    2 can

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

So, what we need: pork - 1 kg mushrooms (not canned) - 10-15pcs white beans - 2 cans onions - 2 medium onions cream - 1 large can or 2 small salt, pepper - to taste vegetable oil forgot to take a picture :) the cat can not touch ;)

Finely chop the onion, mushrooms and meat.

On a heated pan pour vegetable oil and start to fry the onion.
