Today we have a small family celebration. And on this occasion I wanted to cook something new for my salad that I never did nor tried. Chose the salad with beef tongue and vegetables called Hutan sarada prescription from Amai Katsuro participants dinner Party 270 weeks (25.02.2013 - 1.03.2013). Wanted to try this salad, and finally... a Salad with an exotic name Guten sarada hit the spot and was approved by all family members. And the unanimous opinion made the decision that it (Salat) certainly will be on our Christmas table. I suggest to you, the cooks, to try the salad with beef tongue and vegetables, especially cooking it is not complicated and long (not counting cooking time beef tongue).

Cooking
Cooking time lettuce I pointed out excluding the cooking beef tongue. But as for the salad need boiled tongue, it should be boiled in a little salted water in any convenient way. I cooked in multivarka-pressure cooker. Once the beef tongue is ready, it should be removed from the pan, rinse with cold water and remove peel. Language for the salad should be cut into cubes.
Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Wash and wipe the tomatoes. Salad leaves lay on a dish. On the salad spread tomatoes, cut into rings.
Wash and wipe the cucumbers. Then slice the cucumber cubes and spread on tomatoes.
On top of the cucumbers to put beef tongue.
To make the sauce. To do this, mix well the mayonnaise and soy sauce. The resulting sauce pour the salad.
The salad is ready. It remains only to decorate it with sprigs of parsley. Then the salad can be served on the table. Bon appetit!
