Soup
A bright and tasty soup of vegetables with cream.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

We need: potatoes, leeks, red bell pepper, frozen peas and cream.

Leeks cut in rings and place on the pan.

Potatoes cut by cubes and add to the onions. Fry without oil for about 5 minutes. Stir.

Add water, salt, pepper and cover with a lid for 7 minutes.

When potatoes became soft, enter the peas and pepper we cut cubes. Mix everything together and simmer for another 5 minutes.

The prepared mixture is put in blender and whisk until smooth.

Vegetable puree spread in a saucepan, pour cream and warmed soup 3 minutes.
