Cooking
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar. Close tightly and remove for a week in a cool place (I sit in the pantry). Once a day mix (shake).
Filter the liqueur. I did it two times through a thin cotton cloth. The first time you try to wring out as much liquid as possible, and the second filtering will make the liquor more transparent.
The remaining "drunken" fruit can be used for making muffin, cake or serve with ice cream.
