Potato soup
One of the most popular and often cooked by Americans of soups in the winter.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Broth

    3 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

1. In advance, prepare the chicken broth. 2. Potatoes, carrots and onions cut into small cubes.

3. Potatoes for 10 minutes fill with cold water.

4. Carrots, onions, garlic, Basil fry in butter for 3 to 5 minutes.

5. To these ingredients add potatoes and fry for 3 -5 minutes.

6. Then add pre-cooked chicken broth and continue to cook for another 20 minutes.

7. While our soup is cooked, we fry 2 tbsp. butter with flour and add to soup, stirring constantly.

8. Add milk and cook for 5 minutes. 9. With the help of a blender make our soup into a puree.
