Focaccia with potatoes
Loved in our house with various cakes. Decided to try this option fragrant Focaccia. Perfectly replaces the bread, suitable with a Cup of coffee or milk. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Water

    130 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Potatoes

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 Tbsp

In some of the water add yeast and sugar. Leave on for 5-10 min. Add the remaining water, sifted flour and salt. Knead the dough, adding the tablespoon of oil. Cover and remove heat.

Peel the potatoes, very thinly slice, rinse with cold water and dried. When the dough will increase twice, to form a cake thickness of 1-1,5 cm Spread on a greased baking sheet or parchment. Lightly grease with oil. On top lay slices of potatoes. Again grease oil, sprinkle with rosemary and salt (ideally large). Cover and let rise (20-30 min).

The oven is heated to 240-250 gr. Bake Focaccia for 20-30 minutes, until Golden brown. !!! Bon appetit!!!
