Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2010 by the user Natysia called "vegetable Salad" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". A hearty and delicious salad with marinated mushrooms and cranberries.

Cooking
The salad can be done without refueling, but in my opinion, it is harsh. You can just fill with vegetable oil or make a fragrant dressing by mixing oil, lemon juice, salt, sugar, mustard and pressed garlic. I whipped using a blender, you can just carefully whisk dressing with a fork until smooth. Still warm boiled potatoes peel, cut and fill, let it sit a little.
Mushrooms drain in a colander and drain off excess liquid. Send to the potato.
Cucumber slice and add to salad bowl.
Then you can go two ways, the first is to put the salad layers in ring forms, layer 1 - sliced carrot (if using), 2 layer of potato mixture.
The third layer spread the pepper.
Remove the form and decorate with green onions and cranberries.
The second way is to send in a salad bowl add chopped carrots and peppers, add the cranberries, leaving a little for decoration. Mix well.
Put it on plates and serve, generously sprinkle salad with green onions.
