If you try these rosy mouth-watering burgers, you'll never guess what they cooked! This is the budget, but delicious option for a juicy and hearty burgers! I advise you to definitely cook!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    800 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Bread

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    130 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Flour

    8 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Eggplant clean, cut into cubes and boil in salted water.

While the eggplant cooked, finely crumble the bread, add milk and soy sauce, mix well and leave to soak. Sometimes, instead of milk I add 10% cream... even tastier burgers. And the bread I take the remaining pieces already pokerstove. Cooked eggplant drain in a colander and strain the water. Cool. Well grind the bread until mushy state. By the way, the eggplant must be well boiled.
