Baskets with mushrooms
Recipe from Natalia. Very delicate crumbly pastry with mushroom cheese filling. Amazing baskets.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Mushrooms

    1 kg

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    200 g

I did the test half-caf,sorry that did not portion. In a Cup add 1 Cup flour and using a grater 100 g of oil. Hands grind into crumbs.

In sour cream add soda and salt, mix well. Spread the sour cream to the dough.

The dough knead thoroughly with your hands. It should be uniform and easy to come unstuck from hands. If necessary, add more flour. I didn't need it. The dough was amazing, obedient.

Slice the mushrooms and onions (finely).

In the beginning I mushrooms extinguished under the hood without oil, set aside. In a pan pour oil, fry onions, then put the mushrooms together and put out under the lid, season with salt and pepper.

Prepared the dough in muffin tins so that the pastry was thin, but without holes. Fill 2/3 of the filling.

Bake on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake before the full melt cheese. Baskets to cool and remove from molds.
