Cooking
Dice meat and boil the broth with the meat.
Add in the meat broth with diced potatoes.
While the potato is cooking, fry the vegetables (onions and carrots).
While fried vegetables, three on a small grater cheese, add a n egg, flour and garlic.
Dashed dough balls, pressed them and got the cheese lepeshechki.
Fried vegetables added to the soup.
Cheese lepeshechki fry in deep fat until Golden color.
When serving put in a bowl of cheese cake and pour the soup, garnish with dill.
