Light soup with cheese "spicy" with lepeshechki:)

Ingredients

  • Meat

  • Potatoes

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Dice meat and boil the broth with the meat.

Add in the meat broth with diced potatoes.

While the potato is cooking, fry the vegetables (onions and carrots).

While fried vegetables, three on a small grater cheese, add a n egg, flour and garlic.

Cheese lepeshechki fry in deep fat until Golden color.

When serving put in a bowl of cheese cake and pour the soup, garnish with dill.
