I suggest to try this delicious chocolate pudding. To prepare it easily and quickly. And the combination of coffee and chocolate flavors will not leave anyone indifferent. Recipe taken from the magazine "the Miracle dessert".

Dark chocolate

Instant coffee

Cooking
Ingredients:
Pour into a saucepan the milk and cream, add a pinch of salt and boil.
Add the chocolate to the hot milk and stir. If chocolate tiles, you must break it into pieces.
Mix cold coffee with sugar, cinnamon and starch. Add to hot milk with chocolate, mix well. Once the mixture start to thicken, immediately remove from heat.
Ready weight quickly pour it into moulds and put in the fridge. Better to take a silicone mold.
