Cake Pops. That came to an end this week. And, of course, Sunday is our most favorite and Sunny children traditionally receive sweets. Today I have an unusual delicacy, very fashionable in England - "Lollipop" made of sponge cake. Come on in, help yourself! I would like to thank everyone again who was with me this week, and, of course, those who managed to cook my recipes! I won't say goodbye, I say to all: "good-bye"!

Ingredients

  • Cheese curd

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Glaze

Mix together the Philadelphia, butter and icing sugar. Optionally, you can add any essence or instead of 1 tbsp of powdered sugar to half and add 0.5 tsp. cocoa.

Biscuit jointing with cream and roll into balls the size of a Lollipop. I got 20 balls. Bear the cold for 10 min.

Melt or make the glaze. The glaze may be very different: chocolate, sugar, marzipan, fondant. Choose to your taste. In strips from tip to thread the ball and dip it in the finished candy. The icing hardens instantly in the cold. Candy can be decorated with colored sugar decorations. They will look lovely children's birthday party.
