Meat in creamy garlic filling
Tried it with pork and with chicken, the meat just "melts" in your mouth. My husband said that with the meat and barbecue do not... the Word husband is the best reward.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Ketchup

    50 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Seasoning

  • Spices

Meat cut into portion pieces. Season with salt and pepper, add seasoning to meat. Mix well.

Each piece breaded in flour and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Meat folded into a saucepan, add the finely chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper.

Sour cream mixed with ketchup (ketchup can be replaced with tomatoes, rubbed through a sieve), add water. Mix well.
