Spicy meatballs with semolina
I highly recommend this recipe! These meatballs are so delicious and savory that I want to eat them and eat! I porridge I do not tolerate (since childhood), but this recipe won many! Try it, your family will appreciate! And yet, these meatballs can be eaten hot, and cold, just versatile!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Semolina

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Cheese sausage

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cumin

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

To prepare the ingredients for the recipe.

In boiling milk add the grits and cook porridge (porridge is very thick, to interfere incessantly, so as not to overheat). Mix with oil and cool.

Add the Gouda, beaten eggs and cumin.

Knead well, add salt and pepper to taste and place in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours. (It would be possible to stop, it's so delicious! Take the crackers, spread the weight and there, but we will go further!)

Dampened hands to form 12 meatballs (or many leaves).

Spread on a greased baking tray. Sausage cheese cut into thin slices and lay on the chops, want to grease the edges of the patties with egg yolk.
