Liver mousse with pears
I want to offer you a wonderful and delicate mousse. Preparing easy. The taste is awesome. In the store this mousse is very expensive. Cheaper to do it yourself. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Cognac

    50 g

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.2 tsp

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

Liver wash, drain off the water. Pour sour cream and mix well. Let stand 10 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Add the egg yolks

Grind in a processor or blender on low speed until the mixture became homogeneous. Peel the pears, remove the seeds and core, cut into cubes.

Add to the pear mixture. Add the brandy, stir with a spoon and put in a baking dish greased with butter. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50 - 60 minutes to the surface of the mousse is lightly browned. TIP! In the 30th minute, if will be very brown, cover with foil and depakite.
