Cooking
Finely chop the onion and divide it into two parts
One part chopped onion add to the meat. Same here, add a little whipped egg white, salt and pepper, mix well.

In a saucepan heat oil and lightly fry the remaining half onion until transparent.

Ladle into soup bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Since this soup seasoned with yogurt dressing, then re-heat it is not recommended. That's why in the recipe the quantity of ingredients given in two or three portions, to cook and eat fresh soup!
