Bulgarian soup
Topcat translated from Bulgarian as a ball, a ball. This is a very tasty soup with rice and meatballs, it has a delicate velvet texture and a pleasant sour taste. Prepare and you will not regret it! Moreover, it is very easy!

Ingredients

  • Water

    750 ml

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and divide it into two parts

One part chopped onion add to the meat. Same here, add a little whipped egg white, salt and pepper, mix well.
