Vietnamese soup
Vegetarians and fasting, too, can enjoy the Vietnamese soup, Pho. It will be Fo Chay - vegetarian Pho. We cook with black tree mushrooms. Join.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    20 g

  • Noodles

    30 g

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Spices

  • Ginger

    1 slice

  • Chili

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Lime

    0.25 piece

  • Green onions

    1 sprig

  • Cilantro

    1 sprig

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Carrots and onions cut into strips. I have a small onion, I cut it in rings.

Black mushrooms soaked overnight, squeeze and cut into strips. Fry the mushrooms with the carrots and onions in vegetable oil until tender.

Cook noodles as directed on package. For some reason I wanted to take funches instead of noodles. Mushrooms and funcheza similar in density; it turned out very well.

Prepare broth from any vegetables, as long as add spices, ginger and chilli. A ready broth filter, enter the soy sauce.

The noodles and vegetables sauteed with mushrooms put in a bowl.

Pour the hot broth, sprinkle with chopped green onion and cilantro. Add fish sauce and lime juice, stir. Our soup is ready, Bon appetit!
