Pumpkin soup with bacon and pumpkin
The site has presented a similar soup, but their version well I still decided to share because I'm sure he has a different taste. Delicate aroma of soy sauce and fried onions on it, and add mustard, nutmeg and pumpkin seed, all make the taste of the soup expressive. Hot pumpkin soup and serve it in a dish, the pumpkin will lift your spirits and warm in cold autumn day!

    200 ml

  • Bacon

    3 slice

  • Onion

  • Soy sauce

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Greens

  • Nutmeg

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mustard

I here's a round pumpkin;

Cut top from pumpkin, remove all the flesh, leaving a thin but strong wall, forming a plate of soup;

Pumpkin pulp without seeds to spread in a saucepan, add thinly sliced carrots;

Add 100 ml of broth and boil the vegetables under a lid until soft;

Cut the bacon into strips and fry;

Onion cut arbitrarily, put into a frying pan greased with oil, add soy sauce;

Fry onion until soft;

To ready a pumpkin to put a big piece of onion, mustard, nutmeg, pour in the broth (a thick soup adjust under itself) and salt to taste;
