Mint soup
When I was a student with me this wonderful recipe was shared by a classmate. For which many thanks to her:)I Remember her often, because cooking too often :) definitely Try. It's very easy.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 l

  • Water

    600 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Figure

    6 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Melted butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Mint

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Well wash the rice in a saucepan, add the flour and mix.

Fill with yogurt, mix. Add water. Put on medium heat and stirring constantly bring to a boil. Otherwise, the yogurt turns, so to stir, not to be lazy :)

When boil, add salt, add the mint and mix

Cover the pot with a lid and leave on low heat. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the egg slightly

Add the egg and mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes. Look at the cooked rice. Usually 5-10 minutes and you're done.
