Fast and fun flavored cookies

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Brown sugar

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Honey

    100 g

Beat the butter with sugar, add honey and egg. Sift the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Pour dry ingredients into oil mixture, mix. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in the fridge for half an hour.

Heat the oven to 180*C. roll out the Dough to a thickness of about 5 mm, cut out figures, arrange on a baking sheet on parchment. (If used as Christmas tree decorations to make Chinese wand hole)

Bake until it will turn brown, about 7 minutes (watch your oven). I have cared, at all, 15 minutes. Consistency - gromko-brittle, cracker-type, not soft like the carrot.
