Very tasty, porous French pastry, with a rich taste of cream cheese, sprinkled with almonds. Prepares quickly and easily. For lovers of cheese cakes and for the contest "One day in France..."

Cooking
Almonds, pour boiling water, let stand for a few minutes. Remove the skin (easily removed) and chop the almonds into long sticks.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater, add the flour and beaten yolks, mix well.
Whip whites into a thick foam.
In cheese dough add vzbit proteins.
Stir gently to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Put the dough with a teaspoon, wetting it with cold water(or squeeze from a piping bag without a nozzle), on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
Each cookie sprinkle chopped almonds.
Put the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. 5 minutes before end of baking remove the lower heat and incorporate the top for Browning almond nuts.
This is a wonderful cookie love to both children and adults (especially as a light snack for the French table wine sweet white wine! Everything is tested!;-) )
