Lavash rolls with sweet peppers
I used not purchase pita bread... and due to the fact that your lovasik turned out a little thicker and sdobnoe than regular pita, it was very interesting and tasty)) For recipe pita thanks to the author "begi"! It's all good!

Ingredients

  • Pita

  • Sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cut the peppers in half and clean from seeds. Put on a baking sheet (you can lay a baking paper), sprinkle with vegetable oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

When peppers are baked, put them in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave them for 10 minutes. Clean the peppers from the skin.

Make the pasta: mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, salt, pepper and add finely chopped dill.

On lavash smear a paste, put the diced peppers.

Twisted loaf and of course put in the fridge to soak)))
