Dumplings
I'm sure you will love the taste of these dumplings! The basis for which is taken the color is not felt, and the filling will be enjoyed by anyone!!!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Leeks

    50 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Onion, pour in a pot of water, boil for a bit.

Whisk in a blender (mixer) or RUB.

Mix the flour, eggs, onion mixture and salt. The dough is thoroughly mixed.

Filling: slice the Mushrooms and the dill finely chopped. Fry mushrooms in butter. Add dill, sour cream, flour, mix well and stew under the lid for a few minutes.

Roll the dough on the Board (table) as thin as possible. Cut glass mugs. Sculpt dumplings. Boil them in salted water until tender. Bon appetit!!! .
