Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Greens

    1 coup

Pork wash, cut into thin slices.

Onion and garlic finely chop.

Whisk eggs, add starch, salt and mix thoroughly. Dip pork slices in beaten eggs and fry in preheated to 160-180 degree oil.

Then, put the meat in the same oil fry the prepared onion and garlic.

Add tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and 1/2 Cup of hot boiled water. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Then put the fried meat and simmer on low heat until tender.
