Beet cream soup with croutons
Options meatless entrees a lot. Offer to cook a beet cream soup. This light soup will be especially appreciated ladies.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Baguette

  • Spices

  • Sunflower seeds

  • Vegetable oil

Beets and carrots cut arbitrarily.

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the peel, cut into cubes. Crush the garlic.

All the vegetables and fry in the heated oil, add sugar, lemon juice and soy sauce. I used natural sauce TM Kikkoman. Next, the vegetables put them in a saucepan, add about 600-700 ml of hot water and cook until tender.

To toast baguette cut into slices, fry in vegetable oil and grate garlic or chop the bread cubes and fry, seasoning with spices.

Cooked vegetables blend it in a blender. If necessary to bring soup to desired consistency, adding more hot water. Serve sprinkled with sunflower seeds.
