We love soups, especially cream soups. They are light, tender, Lean and healthy. And what else do us girls need? So the soup was just that. And I'm with you today to share a wonderful soup - pumpkin-Apple - with an interesting range of spices. Continuous beauty and health.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1 kg

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Mint

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    2 tsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

Saute the onion in vegetable oil.

Peel and cut into small pieces the pumpkin. Add to the onions.

Peel the apples, cut into pieces and add to the pumpkin. Pour a little water to the pumpkin and the apples were stewed.
