Soup with white mushrooms
I want to share with you my grandma's recipe. Mushroom soup for some reason it was cooked just so. Said that the taste of white mushroom doesn't want anything to be confused. She is very loved and taught me. I soup boil a long time ago and like very much. The soup is added to semolina and consists of mushrooms, potatoes and onions. The soup is dressed with sunflower oil.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1000 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Mushrooms wash, peel, dry it.

Cut. White mushrooms, cut rather coarsely. Love them in soup to feel and chew.

Onions finely chop.

Potatoes-small cubes.

In the water, put the mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes and send them to the potatoes and onions. Add salt to taste. Cook until cooked. It's 15 minutes.

Take spoon tablespoon semolina for this amount of soup. Stirring constantly, pour in the pan.

Cook five minutes and add sunflower oil. Another couple minutes and you're done!
