Sour soup with mushrooms and barley
Soup work extremely flavorful, thanks to dried mushrooms and sauerkraut. Prepared without oil, no salt, but thanks to the special technology of Zepter pots get very rich and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Sauerkraut

    500 g

  • Pearl barley

    30 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Beef

    300 g

Barley soak in water for 1 hour.

Wash the mushrooms and soak in hot water for an hour.
