Description

The Bread
This bread is prepared in Europe for Easter. But I really wanted to surprise and delicious to entertain your guests, while the spring is still far away.

Ingredients

  • Ham

    500 g

  • Baton

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Parsley

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Ham cut into small cubes. Baton cut into small cubes, too. Fold it into a deep bowl.

Pour it with warm milk to the bread a little wet. Divide the weight of 1 egg. Mix gently. Then add ham, finely chopped onion and parsley. Add salt, pepper. Stir it again.

Whisk the remaining egg in a fluffy white foam and pour in the total weight. All very good stir.

Form for baking grease and put back the resulting mass.

Flatten it out and cook at 180 degrees until Golden color.
