Dear cooks, are offered to taste a mega-super chocolate rolls, where the main role is played by the cream which we call in translation "Paris cream". I do not know, do is the name of Parisians, but the fact that it is very tasty that's for sure!

Cooking
The loaf is done very quickly, but for cream, you need to allocate 10 minutes before baking. Heat the cream in a saucepan, lower to them the broken pieces of the chocolate over medium heat and, stirring, bring the cream to a boil and dissolve the chocolate. The mass to cool and leave overnight in the fridge.
