Japanese cucumber salad
Although this is a Japanese dish, but this salad is a great substitute for pickles when they ended. Great variety and fast table.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cucumbers cut into long thin strips. A little salt and leave for 5 mins to let the juice. Press thoroughly, but gently.

Mix soy sauce, vinegar, grated ginger and sugar. Stir until dissolved. In the Bank to lay down the cucumbers. Pour the marinade and let stand in a current of hour in the refrigerator.
