Millet casserole with apples and cheese
Offer to cook a three-layer casserole with millet flakes, apples and cheese. Casserole turns out tender, flavorful and hearty.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flakes

    120 g

  • Milk

    450 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    130 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For making this casserole I used millet flakes of TM "Mistral".

Millet flakes pour hot milk, add sugar, salt, butter, mix, cover and leave for approximately 5 minutes, mix again. The first layer is ready.

My apples, peeled, rubbed on a coarse grater, add sugar, lemon juice and zest, mix. Apple layer.

In a bowl, whipped with a mixer eggs, add sour cream, cheese, powdered sugar, whip a little again. Layer of curd is ready.

Form grease with butter (I used a ceramic shape with a diameter of 9.5 cm).

In each mold spread 3 tablespoons of millet porridge.

Then spread 2 tbsp. tablespoons of Apple layer, knead layer with a spoon.

For Apple layer, pour the cheese layer before reaching the edge of the form 0,5-1 cm.

Bake the dish in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes. Bon appétit!
