Casserole of liver and potatoes with carrots
Wanted to diversify your daily diet menu, and there's a casserole. Maybe someone is doing the same. In 100 g 93 kcal.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    200 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Liver clear from the film and bile ducts, mince or cut in a blender with the peeled onion.

Add 1 tbsp of semolina (with slide)

Then add 0.5 tsp. of baking powder (I think it is possible without it)

Potatoes to grate on a coarse grater, carrots grate on medium, add to the liver. There also squeeze a clove of garlic and beat the egg. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix and spread in a baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180*C. check the Readiness of a splinter.
