I think everyone already knew by name, I'm on vacation!!! 2 weeks in shorts, outside of a stuffy office, for new experiences!!! I decided to treat you all very delicious dessert! On Monday I tried it on my dad's birthday (my mother did), and yesterday, unable to forget its taste, she cooked! Preparing is very easy, the only thing you need to be patient and wait for the dessert you can get out of the fridge and start tasting...

So, let's start! 2 tbsp gelatin pour 100 ml of water, allow to swell, to dissolve in a water bath or in the microwave. Separate the whites from the yolks. Whip the egg yolks with 100g of sugar with a mixer. Add the butter and beat well.
Add cottage cheese and again whisk well, the mixture should be uniform but it all happens very easily! Add to cream gelatin and a second beat with a mixer. Desire in cream can add berries, chocolate small pieces, fruit... I added some strawberries. Put the cream in shape (one large or several small). Put in refrigerator for 20 minutes to lightly "privatises".
Meanwhile, dilute the remaining 2 tbsp of gelatin, allow to swell and dissolve in a water bath or in the microwave. Whisk the whites with the remaining sugar in a cool foam. Add to the whipped protein vanilla, gelatin, and beat for 30 seconds. Our cream cheese spread protein mass, level. And put all this beauty in the fridge for at least 3 hours!
Decorate the dessert to taste and, voila, dessert is ready!!! Bon appetit!!!
