This recipe, with its original name "Winter srory" I found in one of the magazines and was surprised by the ease of preparation, a bouquet of aromas and amazing taste of this soup. Cooking
In a deep frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom heat the oil and add the finely chopped onions. Cook until soft, about 5-6 minutes.
Add finely chopped tomatoes from the jar in its own juice and the juice from them into the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Then put the beans, pour the vegetable broth (4 cups), add salt, pepper. The beans must be soaked in cold water. I soak in over night. And cook for about 1.5-2 hours, almost until fully cooked beans.
Pumpkin cut into small cubes and add to beans along with nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon and bring to a boil.
Reduce fire and cook for about 15 minutes. Pumpkin and beans should be soft.
In the end add the spinach, turn off heat and allow to stand for a few minutes.
