Description
Pospaper is krupno-vegetable soup Armenian. Found it in the book by V. V. Pokhlebkin "National cuisines of our peoples" and hastened to prepare, fortunately, it is simple and fast. Due to the interesting combination of simple products, taste peculiar, but very nice – velvety-nutty, with a slight acidity. While the soup without meat, it is quite satisfying that, when a small change in the recipe, allows you to cook it in the post.

Cooking
Enumerated and washed lentils cover with cold water and boil until soft.
Meanwhile, sort and rinse the rice.
Wash and chop the apricots (if it is too hard, you can fill it with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes). Walnuts grind in a blender (I always walnuts before use, washed and put in the microwave for 1-2 minutes: the taste becomes more saturated, and dust-dirt rid))).
Onion finely chop and saute in butter (or vegetable if you have a vegetable option).
About 15 minutes after boiling the lentils (because it is brewed quickly), pour in the soup, the rice, nuts, dried apricots, onion, pepper.
Cook until the rice is tender – about 15-20 minutes.
Now we have to salt to taste and add chopped greens.
