Vegetable waffles
These waffles can be made soft, and can be crunchy. They are very tasty by themselves, as well as an addition to the meat. And for sure, will appeal to both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Greens

Vegetable wash, clean.

Grate potatoes and zucchini, drain excess liquid. Better a little squeeze the juice from the vegetables.
