Very tasty fish home Ambassador. Similarly, you can add salt any salmon and other fish.

  • Chum

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Spices

  • Bay leaf

  • Vegetable oil

From chum to make a fillet

Mix 3 parts salt, 2 parts sugar, 1 part spices that You like to fish

Grease the bowl with butter and put a few Bay leaves

Sirloin steak dip one side into the mixture of sugar, salt and spices

Put a layer of fillets salt down, sprinkle with oil, put a few Bay leaves, continue to put layers until you place all the fillets. Top again sprinkle with oil, put the Bay leaf and sprinkle with mixture of salt, sugar and spices.

Cover with a suitable sized plates, slightly pressed and put in the fridge for three days
