Meat
This dish, of course, can be cooked in the oven, but I learn recently purchased convection oven. Not always successfully : (, but my household suffer my experiments on the principle of "what child would not teshilos..." :) This dish is from the successful, my contribution to the Treasury of recipes "cooking in aerogrill".

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    1000 g

  • Bun

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Green olives

    150 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Rosemary

    2 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Soak a roll in milk, then gently squeeze and add to meat mixture. For the filling, I have a Balkan cheese, olives with almonds, dry rosemary, and green onions, red ground pepper, mustard, white pepper and salt.

Cheese cut into cubes (1x1 cm), grind onion, olives I put the whole, you can cut into rings. All added to the mince. Beat eggs, add spices, gently stir the mixture.

Rectangular shape (I have 25х10 cm) is well lubricated with oil, spread the meat "dough", flatten the surface, cover with foil. Put in aerogrill: 30 minutes under foil in 200*C, then remove the foil and another 10 minutes at 225*C.

The finished "bread" to turn on a dish, decorate with greens.

To garnish, you can boil green beans in salted water and small round potatoes,

And also make a sauce type tzatziki: 250 g natural yoghurt + chopped garlic (couple cloves) crushed + pickled cucumber + salt and pepper to taste (instead of cucumber and garlic added pickled flask - it's wild garlic, Baerlauch - long stood a jar :) )
