Pickled apricots
This production will be an original addition to meat or poultry.

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    800 g

  • Vinegar

    150 ml

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    370 g

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Carnation

    8 piece

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

Prepare the ingredients.

Apricots wash, dry, cut in half and remove seeds. Spread along the banks.

In a saucepan, mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt, Bay leaf, cinnamon, coriander, cloves and allspice, bring mixture to a boil. Cook, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour the apricot marinade.

Banks with apricots sterilize in boiling water for 7-10 minutes and roll up. Flip the lid down and leave to cool.
