Cooking
Make the dough: RUB the yolks with the white sugar, add the flour, cocoa... separately whisk the whites and add to the dough..
Pour the dough on the baking tray lined with parchment paper greased with butter... and bake at temperature of 220*C for 8-10 minutes
Prepare the cream: cream... heated dissolved chocolate
The yolk RUB with the sugar and add the chocolate cream... cook on low heat until thick
Fruit cut into pieces (I used fruit cocktail)..
The cream cool slightly.. mix it with mascarpone
To the cream add the fruit
Divide the cake into three parts and spread the first on the bottom of the form, covered with a film...
Then half of the cream... again the cake.. cream.. and close the last layer
Wrap in cling film and put in refrigerator to complete cooling and solidification... (I'm doing tonight.. cleaned for the night))) Bon appetit!!!
