Tartare of herring with avocado and Chile
A delicious starter of herring.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Bow white

  • Lettuce

    5 piece

  • Chili

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

Herring is cleaned of heads, intestines, backbone, bones and skin, cut into fillets, cut into cubes herring.

Avocado peel and seeds. Cut into small dice, sprinkle with lemon. Finely chop a small sweet onion, chili pepper, lettuce.

Add the vegetables to the herring. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper freshly ground black pepper.

Spread the Tartar on a platter with a serving ring.

Decorate boiled quail egg, a sprig of any herbs, serve with fresh crusty bread and a glass of steamy ;)
