Hearty soup with peppers
I want to offer soup for the fasting day. Taken by me from English of the book "Watching the weight". So, I advertise "No extra pounds!" For me, the cooks, the kitchen!

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    1.5 piece

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Tomato juice

    250 g

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

Cooking

Peel and put to boil the potatoes until cooked, without salt.

Bred vegetable cube in 250 ml boiling water

Halves of green, red, yellow peppers cut into cubes

Two sprigs of celery also shred

Fill our the vegetables in a blender. Prepare a glass of tomato juice, yogurt.

Potatoes cut into pieces, add to the blender.

Pour into the blender yogurt, soy sauce and Pollock dried herbs (your choice)

Pour the broth

and tomato juice

Turn on the blender at full capacity

Pour our soup to the pot and bring to simmer to a boil, tormented for 5 minutes and soup is ready!
